Our Policies
All items are
in stock as of the time and date of order and are subject to prior sale via
our retail outlet and online sales locations and through our phone order
center. Should your item be out of stock at the time of your payment you will
be notified within 72 hours and given the option to
cancel. All orders ship within 72hours of the receipt of payment and
will be delivered to you based on normal delivery days for the shipping option
chosen. For out of stock items we always re-stock within the week and ship
via expedited shipping at our expense. Orders received on the weekend or
holidays will ship on the next business day of the USPS. Holidays are
either USPS / Federal Government holidays or posted holidays and closings at
the discretion of Republican Gear management.
Nevada
and New York State residents are responsible for paying sales tax. All
other state residents consult your states tax policy for potential tax
liabilities. Nevada and New York State resellers and tax exempt groups
are exempt from sales tax if a reseller ID / sales tax exempt permit # is
provided and on file. Please contact customer service to provide the
appropriate information for your exemption.
If you are
not satisfied please contact us and we will replace any damaged or missing
items promptly via expedited shipment at our cost. Your satisfaction is our
main concern and we live and die on customer referrals and repeat business.
Buyers regret returns are never accepted as the buyer is responsible for
inquiring with customer service for product specifications and questions prior to placing an order. Free Bonus or
