Our exchange policy is: We will exchange your apparel item returned in original package and condition for another size of the same exact item ordered. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the new item out.

Send $4.10 for shipping & handling, a copy of your packing slip and please indicate in writing which size you would like to exchange it for.

Mail it to the Distribution Center Address printed on your shipping label. If you have already thrown away the box, please send it to our NY Distributions Center at:

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receipt to re-ship your new size.

Exchanges not in new re-sellable condition will be returned to the customer and not exchanged.

Where are your products made?

All our our products are assembled and final manufacturing is completed in the United States of America. 96% of our raw materials are produced in the United States of America.

Primary locations for product suppliers are in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Texas, California, Illinois, Florida and Nevada.

Our top preference for any supplier is and always will be American Made, even if it costs us more to buy.

How Long will it take to get my order?

All orders for items currently in stock ship within 1-2 business days via Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery.

This service delivers to your location in 2-3 days.

Business Days and Hours are M-F 9-5 excluding holidays.

Items on backorder will ship within 1-2 days of the in stock date.

What Kind of Payments do you accept?

Why do you use PayPal for payment processing?

PayPal was chosen to handle our credit card processing payments because they are the largest payment processor on the internet. They provide the security to protect our customers personal information and give both us and the buyer fraud protection. This prevents us from having our employees having access to customers financial information. Fraud management and Security were our primary concern and PayPal helps us meet this goal.

Customers no longer need to create a PayPal account and can make one time purchases.

From time to time we introduce new items or have clearance items sold on E-Bay using our user name "republicangear", PayPal which is owned by E-Bay allows us to have one payment processing system that interfaces with our shipping department. This has allowed us to treat auction purchases the same as web store purchases allowing us to get your orders shipped out in 24-72 hours.

Customers do not get to choose which payment processor or bank handles the transactions, and we ask that you respect that decision by management. We did this to save the costs of purchasing credit card machines that adds costs to each item and is passed on to the customer. We want to keep our prices competitive and at the same time offer new and diverse items that come to market fast.

Why can't I phone in my credit card order?

Our payment processor PayPal handles all of the security aspects of your transaction. Since they are an outside company that specializes in online payments there is no way for us to charge your credit card.

We made this decision for 2 reasons:

1 - To keep our costs low PayPal allows us to take credit cards without purchasing costly equipment. It also allows us to keep our customer service staff size smaller. This allows us to procure American made products and still keep our prices competitive.

2 - Security of your transaction. PayPal handles more secure transactions each day than most merchants handle in a month. Their reputation for fraud prevention and encryption is top notch and world recognized. PayPal is a member of the Online BBB coalition.

We appreciate all ideas for new products or modifications to existing ones. We have created items based specifically on feedback and requests from our customers.

I sell and distribute a product that I think that you may want to sell, who can I talk to about it?

We appreciate all ideas and opportunities to help you distribute your product or idea. We have created relationships with suppliers because of the desire to market certain product(s).

To save you time to know if we may be interested in your product or service please review the preferences and screens we evaluate the whether we would be interested:

Made in the USA (we will pay more for products made in the USA)
Creates jobs for Americans and employs legal immigrants to the USA
Relevant to Republicans and the Republican Party.
Product must provide acceptable inventory turnover for our distribution points.
You must be able to sell us a smaller lot size at your best cost. So we can test the marketability of your product if it is an unproven concept.
You must be willing to provide us with a sample or artwork / mockup for final evaluation.
You must hold the copyrights for the designs used in your product.
It must not contain profanity, nudity, or any sexual content.

If you feel that your product fits these screens, we will require the following information accompany your submission to give your product or concept consideration:

Location of Raw Materials used in your product
Location of manufacturing of your product
Back door cost per unit
Minimum quantities to order / lot sizes
Sample of product or artwork with specifications of all materials including size dimensions clearly identified.
Name and Address of key contact with daytime telephone number.
Ordering process including turnaround time from order to shipment.
